Any goods that are lost or damaged in transit will be held as your responsibility, so using a recorded service is important.
A full refund of the original purchase price will be made within 30 days of the return of the goods. Financial refunds will be returned to the bank account (debit or credit card) which processed the payment through the website.
Returns delivery charges are met by the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty.
