DESCRIPTION:

The FLIR SV87-KIT is a wireless vibration and temperature monitoring solution designed to provide continuous condition monitoring of critical industrial assets. The system helps maintenance teams identify developing mechanical faults before failures occur, reducing unplanned downtime and supporting predictive maintenance programmes.

The kit includes four FLIR SV87 wireless vibration and temperature sensors together with a FLIR GW65 gateway. Sensors continuously monitor machine vibration and surface temperature, transmitting data wirelessly to the gateway, which then communicates with mobile devices and Windows-based monitoring software via Wi-Fi.

Designed for motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, compressors, and other rotating equipment, the system enables maintenance personnel to detect imbalance, misalignment, looseness, eccentricity, and overheating conditions before they result in costly failures. Real-time monitoring, trend analysis, historical data review, and automated alarm notifications allow rapid identification of developing issues.

The gateway stores measurement data locally during network outages and automatically synchronises information once communications are restored. Data can be exported in CSV format for maintenance reporting, asset management, and long-term trend analysis.
