The MVG EME Guard XS 40 GHz is a personal RF safety monitor developed for technicians, riggers, antenna installers, telecom engineers, maintenance personnel, broadcasters, regulatory authorities, and contractors working in environments where exposure to electromagnetic fields may occur. The instrument continuously scans for RF energy and alerts users when exposure levels exceed pre-configured safety thresholds.

Designed specifically to address modern wireless infrastructure requirements, the EME Guard XS 40 GHz covers frequencies from 1 MHz to 40 GHz, including emerging 5G frequency bands. The compact wearable design provides continuous protection during installation, commissioning, maintenance, and inspection activities around cellular, broadcast, PMR, microwave, and telecommunications systems.

The monitor incorporates isotropic tri-axis E-field sensors that measure electromagnetic fields in all directions without requiring orientation adjustments. RF exposure levels are displayed using a multi-LED indicator system, while integrated audio and visual alarms provide immediate warning when exposure limits are approached or exceeded.
