The Rohde & Schwarz RTB2002 is a 2-channel digital storage oscilloscope from the RTB2000 Series, designed to deliver professional measurement performance in a compact and cost-effective platform. Combining a custom 10-bit ADC architecture, deep acquisition memory, and intuitive touchscreen operation, the RTB2002 provides significantly improved signal visibility compared with conventional 8-bit oscilloscopes.
Available with bandwidth options from 70 MHz to 300 MHz, the RTB2002 supports a maximum sampling rate of 2.5 Gsample/s and memory depths up to 20 Mpoints. The high-resolution 10-bit converter delivers four times the vertical resolution of traditional 8-bit instruments, making it easier to analyse small signal details in the presence of larger waveform components.
The oscilloscope features a large 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display with gesture support, allowing fast access to measurement functions, waveform navigation, FFT spectrum analysis, triggering, and protocol decoding tools. Optional upgrades enable mixed signal analysis with 16 digital channels, serial bus decoding, arbitrary waveform generation, and advanced analysis functions.
The RTB2002 is widely used in electronics design, embedded development, power electronics, industrial maintenance, education, and service environments where engineers require reliable signal analysis and debugging capability. Although now succeeded by the newer RTB 2 Series, the RTB2002 remains a highly capable oscilloscope platform.
