500 MHz isolated passive oscilloscope probe with 10:1 attenuation and CAT III 300 V rating, designed specifically for use with Rohde & Schwarz ScopeRider RTH handheld oscilloscopes.

DESCRIPTION:

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZI10C is a high-performance isolated passive voltage probe developed specifically for the R&S ScopeRider RTH1000 Series handheld oscilloscopes. The probe provides safe measurements on floating and high-energy circuits while maintaining the isolation requirements necessary for field service, industrial maintenance, power electronics, and electrical troubleshooting applications.

With a bandwidth of 500 MHz and a 10:1 attenuation ratio, the RT-ZI10C enables accurate capture of fast transient signals, switching waveforms, control signals, and industrial electronics measurements. The isolated BNC interface and CAT III safety rating make it particularly suitable for measurements in industrial installations and power distribution environments.

Unlike conventional laboratory probes, the RT-ZI10C is designed to work with the fully isolated architecture of the ScopeRider RTH platform, allowing safe measurements between floating potentials without compromising user safety or measurement accuracy.
