The Yokogawa AQ6373B is a high-performance optical spectrum analyzer specifically designed for accurate measurement and analysis of visible and short-wavelength optical signals from 350 nm to 1200 nm. As part of the renowned AQ6370 Series, the instrument delivers the speed, sensitivity, and resolution required for advanced optical research, development, manufacturing, and quality assurance applications.
