€6,160.00

The Rohde & Schwarz RTM3002 with integrated RTM-B1 mixed-signal capability combines 100 MHz oscilloscope performance with 16 digital logic channels, a custom 10-bit ADC, up to 5 GSa/s sampling rate, 80 Mpoints memory depth, advanced protocol analysis options, and a 10.1-inch WXGA capacitive touchscreen display. Designed for embedded systems development, FPGA debugging, communications analysis, and advanced mixed-signal troubleshooting applications.

DESCRIPTION:

The Rohde & Schwarz RTM3002 with RTM-B1 mixed-signal option represents the entry-level mixed-signal configuration within the RTM3000 family. The RTM3K-02M package combines a two-channel 100 MHz oscilloscope with a fully integrated 16-channel logic analyzer, providing a powerful platform for debugging modern embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGAs, digital communications interfaces, and mixed-signal electronics.

Built around Rohde & Schwarz's "Power of Ten" architecture, the RTM3002 incorporates a custom 10-bit analog-to-digital converter that delivers four times the vertical resolution of conventional 8-bit oscilloscopes. This increased resolution allows engineers to identify subtle signal details, switching ripple, power integrity issues, transient disturbances, and noise components that may otherwise remain hidden.

The oscilloscope provides bandwidth of 100 MHz, real-time sampling rates up to 5 GSa/s in interleaved mode, and acquisition memory of up to 80 Mpoints. Standard memory depth reaches 40 Mpoints per channel, enabling long-duration captures while maintaining high timing resolution. Combined with waveform acquisition rates exceeding 64,000 waveforms per second, the platform is highly effective for identifying intermittent faults and sporadic signal anomalies.

The integrated RTM-B1 mixed-signal option adds 16 digital logic channels, enabling synchronous time-correlated analysis of analogue and digital signals. Engineers can simultaneously investigate processor activity, memory buses, digital control signals, serial communications, and analogue waveform behaviour using a common timebase. This capability significantly reduces debugging time when working with complex embedded systems.

The RTM3000 platform supports optional protocol triggering and decoding for I2C, SPI, UART/RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, CAN, LIN, I2S, ARINC 429, and MIL-STD-1553. Additional software options can add power analysis, spectrum analysis, frequency response analysis, arbitrary waveform generation, pattern generation, and advanced history mode acquisition capabilities.

The large 10.1-inch WXGA capacitive touchscreen provides one of the largest displays in its class, allowing simultaneous viewing of analogue channels, logic channels, protocol decodes, FFT results, and automated measurements. Combined with a fast 10-second boot time and dedicated hardware controls, the RTM3002 provides an efficient workflow for development, validation, troubleshooting, and manufacturing environments.
