This small ball valve lockout is designed to securely isolate quarter-turn ball valves during maintenance and servicing activities. The durable two-piece design encloses the valve handle to prevent operation, helping improve workplace safety and support lockout/tagout compliance. Manufactured from ultra-tough polypropylene, it offers excellent resistance to chemicals, impact and harsh industrial environments. Suitable for locking valves in both the open and closed positions.
