DESCRIPTION:

This gate valve lockout is designed to prevent operation of handwheel-operated gate valves during maintenance, servicing and repair activities. The durable one-piece design fully encloses the valve handle, helping prevent unauthorised or accidental operation while lockout/tagout procedures are in place. Manufactured from rugged polypropylene, it offers excellent resistance to chemicals, corrosion and impact, making it suitable for industrial plants, utilities and process environments. The knockout centre section also allows use on OS&Y (outside screw and yoke) and rising stem valves where required.
